Teri Dillion

Teri Dillion, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Certified Group Psychotherapist who specializes in working with groups and individuals working to recover from addiction, trauma, and relationship disconnection. As a trained meditation instructor, Teri has taught mindfulness and body-based meditation practices in settings including the Boulder County jail, group retreats, and Naropa University. In active recovery from younger years as a fear-based activist, Teri strives to identify the practices of contemplation, communication, self-care, and relationship that help tend our underlying compassion, wisdom and heartbreak for others and the world itself.
