Venetucci Farms
Kim Williams (Venetucci Farm) Since graduating from Adams State College in 2008 with a B.S in Human Performance, Kim went on to pursue a career in management. After dabbling in restaurant management and collegiate level coaching, she realized that her true passion lies in food and nutrition. Starting at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2012, she is in her final year of pursuing her M.S. in Sports Nutrition. She is also working as a Graduate Assistantship at UCCS through Venetucci Farm, working at Nosh restaurant in Colorado Springs, and working in gardening for the Ivywild School. She loves to grow food and has a passion for cooking.
